during Christmas, we gave some gifts like chocloates to ansatte, for few ansatte gift cards. which konto do I register these

Gifts employees have their own account 5900 Gaver til ansatte

In Visma eAccounting there is a built-in account help, in the field account you can write gifts and get real accounts with explanatory text
