I have bought a online courses from Udemy related to Marketing skill -Kinetic Typography in After Effects: Motion Graphics Course

under which account ledger do I register these please

The address for the Udemy shows San Francisco, CA  on invoice but they have charged me VAT. How do I go about this please

Hi

You keep the cost in account 6860 Meetings, courses, updates etc.

Then you add a line with account 2745 Basis outgoing VAT purchase of services abroad. Then import VAT on purchases of services from abroad is calculated automatically
