Expose API for article structure Integration!

Hi,

To be able to build an integration and get a functioning webshop and handle the creation of article structure, the API must now be open to be able to check the box for article structure on the article card. This issue has been on the table since 2007. Now is the time to prioritize and implement this sulotion.
