Add "Ausbildung" at employement type

Would it be possible to add "Ausbildung" at employement type as Ausbildung/ 3 years training is a separate type of employement.

@magdalenaraith Advice is to use a custom category as standard categories are not adjustable.
From which organisation is this request?

How would it then be possible for potential applicants to filter the "Ausbildung" 

Young talents do not have the possibility to filter for that kind of Job. 

Even if you type "Ausbildung" at the search box, these kind of jobs do not appear.

In the previous steps when publish the job we selected Ausbildung but nothing happens.
