Release notes 2019-05 - Video Questions

Visma EasyCruit will now support video questions as part of your application form. This functionality can be used to give your candidates the opportunity to record one or more short videos where they can give you brief statements about why just they would be the most suitable person for the position.

The questions can be set up both on a global level for your company as well as within specific vacancies. Just as for other questions in EasyCruit, you can choose whether the question should be mandatory to include in application forms as well as whether it should be mandatory for the applicant to answer the question.

Both mobile and tablets are of course supported so that the applicant can record videos using whichever device they prefer. The functionality is also supported on all the major browsers. Should a candidate prefer to pre-record a video, there is also the option to upload an already existing video file instead of recording a brand new one.

Video questions can be activated for your company for an additional cost. If you are interested in this, please contact your customer success manager.
