Some improvements for the Help Center!

We have continued to improve the Help Center in Visma EasyCruit and are now introducing 3 new features that will make it easier for you to find support-related information and access our Communities. Read more about these awesome features below!

 

1. Access to our Communities:
When opening the Help Center, you will now find a new button on the start page that will point you directly to one of our Communities, all depending on your language setting in Visma EasyCruit.

2. Search integration to our Communities:
The Help Center will now include articles that have been posted in our Communities when using the search function in the Help Center. When inserting a keyword the Help Center will search both in articles that are available in the Help Center and in our different Communities!

3. Nice to know videos:
As you may know you can access some great tutorial videos from the Help Center. These can be found when clicking on the "Getting started" button on the start page. As you also may know we have a great YouTube-channel where we post our coffee club episodes, release videos and reference videos. These great videos can now be accessed when clicking on the "Nice to know" button on the start page.
