Dear customers,

The spread of the Coronavirus affects us all and causes a huge worry in the world right now. Many countries, organizations, and businesses have stated that we shall avoid traveling, bigger gatherings and physical meetings and if it's possible, work from home.

Because of this, we need alternative ways to keep up the productivity to achieve good results. An important factor in this is to create possibilities to continue having meetings and good communication with colleagues and candidates.

The last two weeks, our developers have created a solution that enables an easy way to create video interviews. The solution is now activated for all customers, free of charge until the 30th of June 2020*. This enables great conditions for candidates and recruiters to make sure that jobs continue to be created.

This is how simple it is to include a video interview in your invitation:

1. When inviting to an interview and you wish to use video interview, click on the button “Generate link”
2. When the link has been created, click on the button “Copy Link”
3. Paste the link in the content field and send as usual
4. Both the candidate and the recruiter(s) will receive the video interview link in an email and can then start the meeting

* The function will be turned off after the mentioned date. Clients that wish to continue to use the function will need a separate agreement with Visma.
