We experience the same on one of our customers. It started on the morning of January 13th Ordertype HA inherited from SO fails with the same error message. Visma, can you please investigate? As always this has a direct impact on our customers order flow with economical consequences.

Hi When placing NonStock items on purchaseReceipts the following error occurs: { "message": "Error creating purchase receipt. Error: Inserting 'Purchase receipt line' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors.\r\nError: 'Account' cannot be empty.\r\nError: 'Sub. ID' cannot be empty.\r\n" } This works well in the GUI, but when adding to purchaseReceipts "manually" this error occurs. Please see the attached json file as example.

Hi When using addPurchaseOrderLines to add purchase order lines to a purchase receipt when the product is serial enabled results in the error "One or more lines contain unassigned location and/or lot/serial number." But the serial numbers can't be added unless the line is added first. This is a real catch 22. What is the recommended way of doing this?

Hi Are webhook messages being queued? It looks like no webhook messages are received from Visma.net after new year. The last messages were received 29.12 15:15 The events affected seems to at least be order change and shipment change

Hi Today we're experiencing a new series of issues with 502 bad gateway messages during heavy load querying the inventory endpoints. (12:11,10:17,08:34) Timeout messages (from the API gateway communicating with Visma.net backend , not on our client side) has also started appearing during shipment confirmation. (All day yesterday 08-15) Please advise.

Hi Have there been any updates the past 24 hrs? Several of our customers are now receiving errors stating subaccount cannot be empty on line level "message" : "Error: Inserting 'Sales order line' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors.\r\nError: 'Subaccount' cannot be empty.\r\n" These are on integrations that's been working well for over a year. But this started last night from 21:30. Which subaccount are you referring to? Please advise, there are many orders now suddenly failing , and this has an impact on our customer's economy. An example request is attached. At least companies 2516370 and 2505895 are affected.

Hi This morning around 08 and yesterday around noon and 18 in the evening we experienced a lot of 502 errors along with connection issues/token expirations on almost all customer companies. Are you doing any work on your gateway? This happens on all sorts of actions, both GET, POST and PUT. On integrations that's been running for years. The 502 error looks like they are happening when there's a lot of load. Even when the actions are retried. Please check into this as this has severe economical effects on our customers.
