User setup - the primary key is in use

Hi,

I am attempting to setup our integration with NXT, and am following this guide step by step:

My user has the required access rights, but when I add a user with the client_id as name I get an error stating the primary key is in use already. However, there is no user by that id. Is there a different users table somewhere I can access to clean this up? 

I have tested to add a user with a random name, and while it exists I cannot add another(same error as above), but when I delete it, I am allowed to remake it with the same name/primary key. 

So somehow the user with the client_id is created, but I cannot find it in any table, so I can't delete it and I can't add it to connect application access table. Any tips how to fix this?

I solved this by cancelling active system process, which were blocking some tables
