403 foutmeldingen wanneer je Firefox browser gebruikt (Change 7035415)

Gebruikers die Firefox gebruikten om in te loggen via de Self Service kregen een 403-foutmelding: ‘Access forbidden’. Dit kwam doordat Self Service de gebruiker naar een verkeerde bestemming stuurde, wat leidde tot deze foutmelding. Dit probleem is nu opgelost. Gebruikers kunnen weer normaal inloggen zonder foutmeldingen te ontvangen.

Activatie van de nieuwe functionaliteit Uitsluiten workflow

In de loop van dinsdag 22 oktober zal de nieuwe functionaliteit Uitsluiten workflow worden geactiveerd bij alle klanten. De uitleg en instructie zal dan ook hier in deze community worden gepubliceerd. (let op: je ziet het icoon nu al wel maar deze is nog niet werkend).

Het kleine Self Service pictogram [favicon] is gewijzigd 

We hebben het kleine pictogram (favicon) op de webpagina van Self Service gewijzigd. Dit pictogram wordt weergegeven in het browsertabblad.
Self Service vervangt de huidige Visma favicon:

Activering van de workflow Bijzondere verlofaanvraag voor de YouServe App

De YouServe App heeft het verlof Bijzondere verlofaanvraag toegevoegd. In Self Service kun je de corresponderende workflow Bijzondere verlofaanvraag  vanaf nu importeren en inrichten. Zie voor meer informatie: Configuratiehandleiding YouServe App

403 errors when using Firefox browser (Change 7035415)

Users using Firefox who tried to log in via the Self Service Portal received a 403 error: ‘Access forbidden’. The Self Service Portal caused an incorrect redirection, which led to this 403 error. This has been fixed now. You do not get an error page anymore.

In the course of Tuesday, October 22, the new functionality Exclude workflow will be activated for all customers. The explanation and instruction will then also be published here in this community. (note: you can already see the icon, but it is not yet working).

Change of the small icon [favicon] on the Self Service webpage

We have changed the small icon (favicon) on the Self Service webpage. This icon is displayed in the browser tab.
We have replaced the current Visma favicon:

by the new YouServe favicon:

Activate workflow Special leave for the YouServe App

The YouServe App has added the Special leave request. In Self Service you can now import and set up the corresponding workflow Special leave request. For more information, see (Manual is in Dutch): Configuratiehandleiding YouServe App

Hier vind je de dagen waarop de YouServe releases in 2025 zijn gepland.

• Tijdens de releases op zaterdag zijn de applicaties tijdelijk niet beschikbaar.
• Op de geplande zondagen vinden de maandelijkse (security) patches op de Infrastructuur plaats. Hierdoor zijn de applicaties niet beschikbaar tussen 18.00 en 24.00 uur. 
• Op de geplande dinsdagen vindt onderhoud plaats aan het netwerk. De applicaties blijven beschikbaar, maar er kunnen voor kortere momenten onderbrekingen zijn. Dit onderhoud vindt plaats tussen 20.00 en 24.00 uur.

Voor de zaterdag releases melden we vooraf welke producten die dag een release hebben, via onze maandelijkse berichten in Releases.
