Account Statement

Hello Visma members,

Recently I have changed banks from SEB to Handelsbanken. I work remotely from Macedonia for a Swedish company so I don't have access to the banks. When I get account statements from bank downloads in Visma the transactions have no details in them, neither for outgoing payments or incoming ones. This wasn't the case with SEB account statements. 

Can somebody help me solve this issue? I would greatly apricate it!
