Scope of issue:

API for BI Systems.

Description of situation:

Files of are not available for download.

This morning exports of .csv files are not generated as normal. Clients encounter http 404 (not found) when requesting files through endpoints.

We are working on a solution and expect files will be available this morning.

First occurrence of issue:

17-04-2024, 9am CET

Impact: 

All customers using the API for BI Systems.
