Scope of issue:

All APIs.

 

Description of situation:

When API connections are about to expire, a reminder email will be sent to the owner of the connection. The owner can renew the connection credentials in the Developer portal and implement the new credentials in the connection to YouServe APIs.

For some time the reminder email was not sent due to a technical disturbance.

 

First occurrence of issue:

July 2025

 

Impact: 

All customers with expired API connections.

 

Issue solved:

19-11-2025.

Notification has been given to all connections for whom the email was not delivered.
