We are dealing with an issue where a lot of already closed prepayments started appearing as open again, some of them even with a negative balance on them!?
Does anyone else experience similar error?

I double checked with our Visma consultants yesterday, still nothing...

Do you still experience this error? I would suggest that you contact your partner and ask them to create a technical ticket regarding this.

I already did that and was told that a ticket was created, but I still haven't received an answer.
I thought it may be a common error that's why I tried to ask here also.
