Where is the field for the betalingkenmerk? I expected it to be shown after sending the vat report but I never saw it. Now I've send the report without the betalingkenmerk. What should I do?
At the moment is not possible to receive the betalingskenmerk from De Belastingdienst after sending the VAT report via Visma eAccounting. So for now you will have to wait till De Belastingdienst announces the betalingskenmerk, before you can make the payment.
When this option will be added to Visma eAccounting is not known at the moment. More information regarding the development will be shown in the video that periodically will be posted on the eAccounting community.
I think that was a misunderstanding. I have received a list of numbers from Belastingdienst and I think I have to add the correct number from the list to the report that I send to Belastingdienst. And I couldn't find the field where I enter the number so that Belastingdienst receives it with the tax report.
It's great that you're making these videos. Unfortunately I don't speak Nederlands and so it's very hard for me to make any sense from these videos 😉
When sending the VAT-report to the Belastingdienst, it is not possible to add a betalingskenmerk. We will try our best to have this feature added before the end of this year. When the feature is available you will be informed via eAccounting and the eAccounting Community.
I can understand that it is very hard for you to make any sense from the video's because of the language. Therefore you can use our Supportpannel (Englisch) in Visma eAccounting to find answers on your questions.
