Release notes 2019-11 - Non-binary gender option

As part of our November updates we will introduce a new feature automatically for all our customers.

Visma EasyCruit will now support a third gender option for candidates who identify as non-binary or do not want to disclose this information. This new option will be listed in the application forms as well as the career center.

The selection will, of course, be visible on the candidate profile for the recruiter.

Reports in EasyCruit have also been modified to take this into account. This means that candidates who select the new option will be counted as part of the "Unknown" column.
