15-09-2025: new endpoint: EstablishmentUnits

We have added a new endpoint to the MLM API: EstablishmentUnits.

The EstablishmentUnits endpoint delivers the work locations of an organization registered in HR Core. 

This new functionality is now accessible to all MLM API users, without reloading the data.

02-07-2025: new properties to support the employee journey in HR Core

Three new properties are added to the MLM API. The Endpoints Employees and Contracts are extended with the properties:

• employmentStatus
• KindOfEmployment 
• VismaConnectId 

The new properties are available after your data is reloaded. We will reload your data on your request. Please request a reload of contracts data in a support request.

12-05-2025: new valuelist type roleUserManagement

We have added a new type to the valuelists: roleUserManagement.

This new type returns information about the role which is delivered in the RoleAssignments endpoint. Logic in endpoints: roleassignments.shortname = valuelist.shortName

To receive the role information use the Valuelist endpoint:

• Get all the valuelists: <base url>/valueList and filter after receival on "type": "roleUserManagement".
• Or request only the role information: <base url>/valueList?type=roleUserManagement

This new functionality is now accessible to all MLM API users.

In the RoleAssignments endpoint we have deprecated the property Fullname. The property was not delivering the fullname and was duplicating the value of the Shortname. The fullname is available in the endpoint Valuelist (type roleUserManagement). You can plan to adjust your software accordingly. We will remove the property from the endpoint in May 2026. 

18-04-2025: new property classification and new valuelist types

Two new features are added to the MLM API:

1) The Endpoints Employees and Contracts are extended with the property classification. Documentation: contract endpoint 

2) The Endpoint Valuelist is extended with the type classification (to support the new property) and the type department. The last one can be used if you have added the extension department. Documentation: valuelist endpoint

04-01-2024: nextLink added to the response header

Since the start of the MLM API, the nextLink tag is available in the body of the response. 

To increase the easy of handling the paging, we have added the nextLink tag also to the response header of all the MLM endpoints.
