When I try to retrieve budgets using the budget API, it does not take into account the subaccounts that are inactive. Only the budgets that are linked to active subaccounts are retrieved. I expect to be able to retrieve all budgets including those that are linked to inactive subaccounts, because these subaccounts were active when the budgets were registered in Visma.

Als ik de budgetten van een bepaald jaar binnen haal via de api, dan neemt hij niet de cijfers mee van inactieve subaccounts. Ik verwacht eigenlijk dat inactieve subaccounts er niet uitgefilterd worden, omdat die in dat jaar wel actief waren.
