Error updating freight costs

Hi,

We are getting the following error updating freight costs after creating a shipment based on a sales order (PUT /Shipment/{shipmentNo}):

Freight Cost is not editable. Status 400

Is that some kind of business rule?

How do we register freight costs for a shipment?
