Journal statuses used while creating balance sheets

When implementing the integration to Visma we have stumble upon the status for journals/vouchers. We noticed that when creating balance sheet and income statement in visma.net we app, not all journals statuses are included.

We need to know which statuses should be included when creating a balance sheet and income statement.
Could you help us point out which journal status are included and which ones are left out. 

Based on API documentation, we have following statuses:
- On hold
- Balanced

- Scheduled

- Unposted

- Posted

- Void
