Error inserting the supplier

One of our customers is receiving the following error:

Error inserting the supplier. Error: Inserting 'Location with address' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors.
The account is inactive. There is no value for this type of account.

This issue occurs sometimes when creating a new supplier through the API with address information.

We are unable to pinpoint the root cause of the issue in this scenario.
