Units in Articles

Does anyone know how to add additional units labels in 'articles'.

Our company sells live video streaming, and pricing is based on 'per video stream'.

It seems that there should be two labels added 'units' as this is generic and can apply to anything, and the other is a free field to add your own unit label.

Apparently there are 62 enquiries to Visma help desk so far for this requirement. I am told "some time next year" which is not very helpful.
