Credit invoice exchange rate

Hi,

we are creating Invoices via API and when creating them we can set our custom exchange rate. But I can not see how to achieve the same for the Credit Notes, the custom exchange rate is not accepted when we send it out. Is there a way to set custom exchange rate for the Credit Notes?
