Book keeping of dividend payments and taxes

Hey!

Does anyone know how to do the book keeping for quarterly dividends and related taxes?

I have created two new accounts for this:

884: dividends (debit)
885: tax on dividend (debit)

They are matched with bank account/or settlement account.

Is there a better way?
