Upsert - OnConflictDoUpdate

Hey,

So we already kind of have OnConflictDoNothing, but it would be so cool if we could have the equivalent of OnConflictDoUpdate as well.

I imagine this would be an additional property on _create, where you could select what target-fields should trigger an update and what fields that should be updated from the values.
