This document describes the new functionality and improvements introduced by this release. Some of these changes have been inspired by messages and reports from customers. Where relevant, we have included a number in the section title to refer to the identification of the message (change .....) in question in our system.

Solved Changes

Report names depend on the chosen language settings

Message

File names of downloaded reports do not correspond with the chosen language in Youforce Portal. 

Solution 

From now on the file names of downloaded reports from Learning Management will vary, depending on the chosen languages in Youforce portal.
 

Training Email reminder is based on a incorrect date.

Message

The training reminder email was triggered on the last edited date, not on the last followed date.
Example: An employee is first marked as following session on 24/01/2019 and after that marked for a next session on 03/12/2018, the date 03/12/2018 is considered as the latest followed date. This should be 24/01/2019

Solution 

Instead of referring to last marked session, we now will check on the last followed session.

Merge field common name is displayed incorrectly in training certificates.

Message

Employee name is displayed incorrectly when creating the certificate for a training.

Solution 

The correct employee name is now sent to the training certificate template. The employee's name will now be displayed correctly.
