Preventing duplicating e-learnings (change #2019804)

Message

Learning Management created a new e-learning when the user accidentally used the action button Start e-learning on e-learning that was already started before.

Solution

If you click on the start button for e-learning that you have already started, the system presents a message and no duplicate is created.

Also, we have added the columns E-learning current status and E-learning previous status to the My profile Education history page

Last followed date not correct (change #2257280)

Message

The last successfully completed date for the e-learning was also based on passed or failed training.

Solution

The last successfully completed date is now presented only for previous training which was successfully completed.

For example, an employee has a recurring e-learning "E-LearningTest" once per month.
The employee has successfully passed training on 01/07/2018 and failed on 01/08/2018. The last followed date will be 01/07/2018, not 01/08/2018 as previously.

Training status updates are being sent to expired employments after completion of the training (change #2019770)

Message

A status update message was sent to the expired employment. 

Solution

Learning management will now only update employments with non-expired employments.
