Partner Portal access disabled — production client elaanalytics

I am the CTO of ELA Analytics AS and the holder of production client ID elaanalytics.
The Partner Portal shows: “Tilgangen din er deaktivert. Kontakt stedsadministratoren din.”

Please tell me who can re-enable or reassign the ELA Analytics AS Partner Portal administrator. Once access is restored, I will open a private support case about the production OAuth invalid_client error.

Production client ID elaanalytics was issued to ELA Analytics AS, with besim (at) ela-analytics (dot) com as the registered contact.
