Any changes to supported TLS-versions or cipher-suites since last service window?

Hi,

Did you change anything regarding TLS-version or supported cipher-suites on the last service window that occured on august 17:th?

We have experienced problems with TLS-handshaking on a server running an old Windows server version. It worked fine before the update.

The message that we get from our .NET-code is "Authentication failed because the remote party sent a TLS alert: 'HandshakeFailure'".
