CSS error in fields with the search icon

Hi,
I have asked this question to several people but none of them could help me.

Question:
Everytime I press on any input with search icon i get this error. I expect to see a list of suggested data. How do I fix this?

error:
undefined: Failed to execute 'insertRule' on 'CSSStyleSheet': The index provided (4294967295) is larger than the maximum index (0).

This is the first feed back I got.

Please provide me guidance. Thanks.

Solution update.

I discovered that a plugin that was installed in my Chrome browser was causing the issue.
I uninstalled and all works well now.
