We are having trouble with the Severa/PM API, some of our calls are getting blocked by Severa firewall.
And in the documentation it says to contact API Support, but as far as I know there is no dedicated API support, so I am trying to post here, and maybe someone can forward it to the right contact person?
HI, I found an email adress to the API support, and got help that way, so problem is solved and the API calls or the scenario are passing through the firewall with OK result as of now.

Just talked to our developers and they've adjusted the firewall settings to block the requests anymore.

I've been in contact with our developers and they have 2 questions:
Can you specify which calls exactly causes these errors?
And do you have the exact date and time of the errors? They then can check what's causing this behavior.
