Alot of errors from the API today

We are receiving a  lot of errors from the api today.

 

500: The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request.

502: Bad Gateway

 

For different kind of endpoints (customercreditnote, customerinvoice,inventory etc)

Hello

Could you please share information in detail about your API Transaction/s ?

Such as,

  1. Used API Endpoint URL / Method
  2. IPP-Request-ID from Response Headers
  3. Returned Http Status Code
  4. Returned Response Body (Error Message)
  5. If this is a POST/PUT request then Used RAW JSON script has to be attached

One example - not with error, but with long response time

Request id be030d69-ff5c-492c-aed9-83dc48a30245

Took 11 seconds to complete (GET /Inventory/1011453) - doing the same again - 610ms right after

ClientId: 1615933

No RequestID from the response headers (Its after all a 502 error ...)

Return data:

Tested a few more times for this request - response time for successfull responses varied from 1 second to 26 seconds ...

There seems to be network related issues, please send us your API Client ID to developersupport@visma.com , we'll check this out with infrastructure team. During this period we recommend that retry failed request and please keep us informed accordingly.

The performance issue from yesterday has been diagnosed and the remedial task is still in progress. Calls should be performing better today. Can you please check this over and inform us ?

Almost no errors today.

 

Got a few around 12:00 today, but nothing more than that.
