We have an app in appstore that is used by many customers already so it has worked perfectly in the past. I have now sent a new invite to a customer and they get Application is not avaiable when they enter the invitation code.
what can be the cause of this? as far as I know they have added correct roles in their Visma company

Can you please clarify exactly what to look for?
let me know what setting that need to be set for it to work. then and I can try to get it from the customer
