Error: Another user has updated the 'BAccount' line

Since the last few weeks we have received this kind of errors more frequently from the API.

Example below:

"Error updating the supplier. Error: Another user has updated the 'BAccount' line. The page will now reload and your changes will be lost."

"Error: Another user has updated the 'Segment' line. The page will now reload and your changes will be lost."

Have there been any changes that may have affected the frequency of these types of messages?
