One of our customers had an issue authorising the permission of our Visma.net integration, the customer received the following error ID (03204022-46cd-42ea-acc7-b98fa1ffc449) but I have not been able to gather any information on what caused the failure using the debugger.

The user is sent a private link and is (after a few steps) redirected to your page to authorize our access to their ERP data.

I also don't get anything when I look up the error code. Can the customer try again in another browser or clear cache & cookies and send us a new error code if it still fails.
Is it a public app or is this done via an invitation code?
