This is getting critical, lots of customers reporting errors and only a few working.
All customers are on the same code base from us.
All tenants can be authorized both by our integration and on your swagger page.
Some fail for all calls regardless of endpoint, and some only get the "branch" error when posting invoices.

Is it happening to clients that have been onboarded for longer than 24 hours or only for newly onboarded clients?
Could you send us some examples of the issues with time stamp and requestId if possible.

They were all onboarded before Christmas.
I have not had any recent reports of the "branch" error when posting invoices (but it may still be an issue).
As for customers not having any access at all, there are two remaining.

Lack of access may have been a customer error when using the invite code.
Now they get the "branch" error so I instructed them to wait 24h and try again.
Will report back.
This can be closed now, all customers up and running!
