JournalTransactions endpoint: HTTP code 200, no data in response.

Dear all,

 

I'm experiencing some very urgent issues with the API. I'm trying to collect data from the journal transactions endpoint. I'm using the URL below. However, although getting http code 200 in the result, there's no data. 

 

https://integration.visma.net/API/controller/api/v2/journaltransaction?periodId=202001&branch=01&pag...

 

When replicating the issue in postman i'm getting the same results. Querying other endpoints (e.g. GLAccount or generalledgerbalance) do give a result (screenshots below for some insights). I don't have any clue what is going wrong. Could someone please assist me?

Hi Magnus, 

 

We checked everything and all user rights were set correctly. However, after re-registering the interface, everything was working properly again. Still not sure what the issue was, but this helped.

OK, glad that it solved the issue.

You have two different URL's in your description, one with branch and one without.

If the branchId you send does not correspond to the ID in the ERP, you will get an empty response back.

Please have a look at the data in the UI and doublecheck that you are calling the correct company from Postman.

On our end we are not having any issues other then when calling incorrect branch. 

https://integration.visma.net/API/controller/api/v2/journaltransaction?periodId=202001&pageNumber=1&... gives results.

Hi Magnus, sorry thats confusing. I apparently changed the URL before i made the screenshot to do some testing. 

 

However, the problem also occurs when including branch. I know that branch and company are correct because when i call other endpoint, i get a response. Schermafbeelding 2021-01-20 090417.png

Ok, as we are not able to reproduce this, could you please send an email to developersupport@visma.com with the details below and we'll continue troubleshooting.

 

Details: Ipp-company-Id, Company name, API client ID, screenshot of the results in the UI for the same period/branch.
