NonStockReceipt and NonStockShip are not available through the API

NonStockReceipt and NonStockShip are not available through the API (screenid IN202000), and it's not possible to modify the default settings, such as those for the inventory class (IN201000). This means these settings are always true by default.

We have a scenario where non-stock items are created via the API. In order to automate the invoicing process, NonStockShip needs to be set to false. Since the integration frequently creates new non-stock items, manually adjusting this setting for each new item is not feasible.calasdfg
