Hi,
We are experiencing a pretty big delay for posting sales orders during the day.
There are about 500 orders to be posted and this synk was started this morning, the synk is still running.
After investigating, we see that between 06:18 and 08:00 it has been transferred 371 orders, between 13:00 and 15:00 is was 36 orders transferred.
(before 08:00 - 271 per hour, after 08:00 - 18 per hour)
We have also done some simple requests for testing, the response is extremely variable, some calls use 400ms other up to 10 sec.
We have several integration running on different clients, this issue is a big problem, especially when there are many updates that shall be catching up.
Will you please look into this?
