Segment keys - How to see if 'Validate' is set

We can set the checkbox 'Validate' to a segment key:

How can we retrieve this via de API? Because when we GET the subaccounts, the property Validate is not in de segment tree:

Segment Key > Segment Values can be fetched via Dimension Endpoint.
