Hello,
Since 27.5.2022 our Visma.net API started giving the following error message for customer invoices although there is no changes in our source system or integration. Do you have any ideas what could be the cause for this error?
Error: Inserting 'Customer transactions' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors.\r\nUnit price has been set to zero because no effective unit price was found.\r\nError: 'Subaccount' cannot be empty

Hi,
There has not been any changes made in relations to subaccounts in the CustomerInvoice this month. The last case relating to subAccounts for the customerInvoice was 8.92 which was released the 12th of April.
Are you certain you have not had any issues before the 27/5?
Is it an issue for all your clients?
Is there an issue with all customers in those companies?

It seems that the problem is on our internal subaccount changes made by local Visma.net representative on Thursday and local Visma is new investigating this issue.
