Timeout from the API

We have received timeouts and 502 Bad Gateweay the last half hour

We are also experiencing issues with the API for all our customers. Performance is really bad as well when it eventually works.

No.  It  started working again at about 12:45

@Visma , can you please explain what happened and why?

As andreasaulin says, traffic shouldn't come as a surprise as it's cyber monday.

Has started working again now - but a downtime of about 40 minutes, on cyber monday, is not good.

We're experiencing the same issue for most of our companies.

The Swagger page is also looking a bit weird now, missing a lot of endpoints.

 

And still status.visma.com is showing no problems for the API...
