https://integration.visma.net/API-index/ is unreachable

by ReinderReinders

Some weeks ago, I implemented a test application for integrating with a Visma.net Financials environment at https://integration.visma.net/API-index/ . This previously worked, but no longer.

When I navigate to the above hyperlink, I get an empty page with either a timeout or a 404/not found.

All documentation refers to this hyperlink and it has previously worked for me. Has something changed or is there a bug at the moment?

Nothing is working here about the Swagger. What is the correct address just now?

by ReinderReinders

https://integration.visma.net/API-index/#/ is the correct URL for the Swagger UI. It might not work (my issue) if you are logged into the Visma VPN (Cisco AnyConnect I think).

by ReinderReinders

@Magnus Johnsen yes, I am no longer able to reach the Swagger page. That is my issue. I am now testing if my Service integration still works.

Hi,

The correct adress to the api is: https://integration.visma.net/API/

The link you are refering to is to our swagger page, if you have issues opening the swagger please clear your cookies and browser cache.

Also make sure you have the API user role assigned to your user on atleast one company.

The new swagger uses the new authentication methods.

You can still use the old authentication method, just not via swagger.

Is this role API User a new feature introduced in the past 2 months? I do not recall this being necessary when I tested before.

Also, access to the Swagger page is a hard requirement, since it also serves as the documentation/datacontract. Without the Swagger page I am also unable to run my system-to-system test.

It appears to be offline?

Could you try to open it in incognito mode or clear cookies/cache in your browser?

@Magnus It also does not work from my Intune laptop using Incognito mode (also tried clearing cookies/cache).

As a test, I tried reaching the Swagger UI from one of our company servers and there it works. This would mean that the issue is probably a Firewall/configuration issue with our company Intune laptops, not a Visma.net issue. I will pass this along internally to our IT support team.

For now, this issue can be resolved because it is not a Visma.net API issue.

The last successful test was end of january/early februari.
