can not import products

I've exported an article list (csv) and changed the data to only show new products. I have not changed

the headers.

The file looks like this:

Now I'm trying to import this again (still csv), but I get this error message:

The fields are there. The format of the file is correct. I've tried it with a file created by OpenOffice and a file created by google spreadsheets. Both result in the same error message.

Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
