Questions about invoice design

Does anyone know how to do this when printing an invoice?

1. Remove the fields "debets", "kredits" and "summa" marked in red in file above.

2. Remove the filed called "izrakstija" and name after this.

3. Add a company logo to the top left corner.

Excellent! I guess this is nice to have for each operating currency if using several.

The logo has been inserted and changes made!
