Expose Price Class / CPriceClassID in Location Endpoint (GET / PUT)

We need the possibility to update the Price Class on locations when the Price Class is changed on the customer (Delivery Settings).

On customers with many locations their are a big job to update the Price Class on all of them when the customer change status.
