New GET function for PrintProformaInvoice in Shipment endpoint

In the Shipment screen (SO302000) there's an option to create a Proforma Invoice. This function cannot be triggered through the Shipment endpoint. Other documents however, are available as GET funtions:

Suggestion: Add /controller/api/v1/shipment/{shipmentNbr}/PrintProformaInvoice
