Webhook message on start/stop maintenance in API

Before the start of maintenance/upgrade etc. it would be fantastic if there could be sent a webhook message.
Then we could stop all our services that use the API until a webhook message inform us that the API is functional again.

This way we could automate the process of taking down all our services during maintenance.

There is currently a case in the backlog to add "serviceStatus_Changed" for the serviceStatus endpoint.

ServiceStatus endpoint is not a solution.
We need a webhook method we can subscribe to, not a status in an endpoint we have to request all the time to get the latest status.

Hello, this is definitely an important necessity, we have conveyed the importance and need of this feature to the development team once again. We will update this ideas as more information becomes available.

*Extend Webhook Events : Create New event_Type for "serviceStatus_Changed"
