Create users with English as default language!

Good first impressions are key! It is very unfortunate having new users who don't understand Norwegian spending time figuring out how to change language by clicking on buttons they don't understand when they first login to Visma. Please make it possible to set English as default language when setting up new users as this problem will persist for every new employee in our company who don't have Norwegian as their main language.
