ERROR - The startup guide has not been completed

If you get an error message stating "Error: the startup guide has not been completed", this is due to the startup guide not being completed.

 

To solve this:

Login to www.vismaonline.com

Choose your company

You will be presented with all of the services available to you, on Vismaonline.

Press the Visma eAccounting service, and press "Approve" to accept the Service Agreement

Press the service again and you will enter into Visma eAccounting.

You will be prompted the startup guide, which you will have to complete before using the eAccounting service.

After going through all these steps and pressing Completed, you will be able to use the eAccounting service.

This can be done via Vismaonline or through any applicable integration.
